Short-lived Joy
How long has it been since you went on a holiday. Me, i cant remember. Maybe the last was when i was still single, without much worries in the world. Times were so carefree then. I’m not saying i’m not happy now, but motherhood is very different. One has to put the family before everything else. Maybe i’m that way. I have friends who can take off on a holiday on a day’s notice, lol. Not me. I need to plan. Hubby was just asking me the other day if i’d like to watch Las Vegas Shows with him or not. I sat up in bed and looked long and hard at him. Going to Las Vegas? For real? He told me no. It’s actually a TV documentary. But if i really want to go to Las Vegas, i may have to wait till the kids are bigger…..
