My hands are dry
I found a small trial packet of Palmer’s Organic Olive Butter Formula and cut it open. It smells heavenly and has a light texture. My hands are really dry and i keep forgetting to use the Bio-oil which i bough from Watson’s earlier. It’s supposed to be really good for dry skin. I must use it more often so that my hand condition improves. I’ll update more on this when i see improvement. But i know what i need most is to drink more water, eat more good fat like Omega 3 supplements and get sufficient sleep. I can do the other two, but sleep for longer hours is kinda remote for me.
