Bosisto’s Oil of Eucalyptus
This is what i use whenever my kids are having a cold. I dont ever use Vicks as it’s cold and sticky. Moreover, it’s not suitable for children under two. Eucalyptus oil is still the best option to help ease congested chests and makes breathing much easier. Pour a capful into one of those water-based air-purifier and that’s it. This is a pure triple distilled oil and can also be used in the shower or also as a hot compress. For deep inhalation, pour into a bowl of hot water, cover your head and the bowl with a thich towel, and inhale. Clears your nose pronto.
